Das oberste Berufungsgericht hat das Urteil eines untergeordneten Gerichts aufgehoben und zwei Jugendliche wegen der Verunstaltung einer Fahne während einer friedlichen Demonstration verurteilt, und das trotz der Einbindung des Internationalen Pakts über staatsbürgerliche und politische Rechte in das Rechtssystem des Territoriums.

The court of final appeal has reversed the judgement of a lower court and convicted two young men for defacing a flag at a peaceful demonstration, despite the incorporation of the ICCPR into the territory 's law.
