Sie stellt insbesondere die Verbreitung einer Broschuere mit dem Titel _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Kodex fuer gute Verwaltungspraxis der Europaeischen Umweltagentur _DOUBLEQUOTE_ sicher ; in der Broschuere wird der Kodex erlaeutert , und im Anhang wird der volle Text des Kodex wiedergegeben .
