Als weitere Einschlußkriterien wurden eine exspiratorische Einsekunden-Kapazität (FEV ) von 40 bis 70 % der maximalen Vitalkapazität (VC ) vor Applikation eines Bronchospasmolytikums, einen Effekt eines ?2-Sympathomimetikums von ? 15 % auf die FEV , keine Änderung der antiobstruktiven Dauermedikation und keine Einnahme von oralen Corticoiden in den 4 Wochen vor der Studie definiert.

Additional inclusion criteria were defined by an expiratory one-second-capacity (FEV.sub.1.0) of 40 to 70% of the maximum vital capacity (VC.sub.max) before administration of a broncho-spasmolytic agent, an effect of a ?.sub.2 -sympathomimetic on FEV.sub.1.0 of ?15%, no alteration of the maintenance antiobstructive treatment and no administration of oral corticoids in the last 4 weeks before the beginning of the study.
