Ende nächster Woche müssen die Verhandlungen abgeschlossen werden, da andernfalls die Unterzeichnungszeremonie auf der nächsten UN-Vollversammlung im September nicht stattfinden kann.

Ich bin nicht der Meinung, daß jetzt schon der richtige Zeitpunkt für eine parlamentarische Vollversammlung im Weltmaßstab wäre.
