Vorausschau

Sehr geehrte Frau Präsidentin, sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Abgeordnete! Ich danke, daß Sie mir das Wort gegeben haben, um über den Beschluß der Kommission über die Revision der Finanziellen Vorausschau zu sprechen.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for giving me the floor to tell you about the Commission' s decision concerning the review of the financial perspective.

Aus diesen Gründen stimme ich für diese Finanzielle Vorausschau, wenngleich ohne Enthusiasmus.

It is for these reasons that I will vote in favour of this financial perspective, but I will obviously be unenthusiastic about doing so.

Aus diesem Grund ist es dringend geboten, eine Lösung für die Finanzielle Vorausschau herbeizuführen.

Es gibt keine Frage, dass die nächste Finanzielle Vorausschau nicht auf die gleiche Weise verhandelt werden kann wie diese, dass das System bis an seine Grenzen gedehnt wurde und dass wir dann neue Methoden finden müssen, um weiter voranzukommen.

There is no question that we will not be able to negotiate the next financial perspective in the way we have negotiated this one, that the system has been stretched to its limits, and that, by then, we will have to find new methods so that we can continue to move forward.

Bevor dieser Punkt nicht eingehend geklärt und diskutiert ist, weigere ich mich schlichtweg, über irgendeine Revision der Finanziellen Vorausschau überhaupt zu reden.

Until this point has been clarified and discussed in detail, I flatly refuse to speak about any revision of the Financial Perspective.

Wir hätten gewünscht, daß zumindest eine automatische Überprüfung der Finanziellen Vorausschau nach jeder Erweiterung vorgesehen wird.

We would at least have liked to have seen the introduction of an automatic review clause for the financial perspectives on the occasion of each enlargement.

Dies sollte sich im Planungsprozess in Verbindung mit der Finanziellen Vorausschau 2014-2020 widerspiegeln.

This should be reflected in the planning process in connection with the 2014-2020 financial perspective.
