Preliminary planning phase

Seit 2006 hat das Projekt die Vorentwurfsplanung, die im Februar 2007 abgeschlossen wurde, die Entwurfsplanung, deren Ergebnisse im Oktober 2007 vorgelegt wurden, und schließlich die seit Januar 2009 andauernde Ausführungsplanung durchlaufen.
