Vor wenigen Minuten wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Vormundschaftsgericht von Tunis, in Anerkenntnis dessen, dass der Vater nicht in der Lage ist, die Kinder zu versorgen, diese der Obhut der Mutter anvertraut hat, jedoch immer noch nicht beabsichtigt, der Familie die Rückkehr nach Italien zu ermöglichen, wo sie ein Haus hat, wo die Mädchen geboren wurden und wo ihr natürlicher Wohnsitz ist.

A few minutes ago, I was informed that the Tunis Minors ' Court has granted custody of the children to the mother, recognising that the father is not able to look after the children, but that it does not as yet intend to allow the family to go back to Italy, where they have a house, where the children were born and which is their natural home.

Diese Einwilligungserklärung gebe ich dem zuständigen Vormundschaftsgericht in Deutschland gegenüber ab. Mir ist bekannt, dass diese Einwilligungserklärung unwiderruflich ist, jedoch ihre Kraft verliert, wenn das Kind nicht innerhalb von drei Jahren danach angenommen, der Antrag zurückgenommen oder die Annahme versagt wird.

This consent form, I give the competent guardianship court in Germany from over. I understand that this consent is irrevocable, however, loses its force when the child is not adopted within three years thereafter, withdrew the request or acceptance has been refused.
