Bei der Planung und vor allem der baulichen Umsetzung ist darauf zu achten, dass nur sehr eingeschränkte Platzverhältnisse zur Verfügung stehen und dass es aufgrund der örtlichen Bauverhältnisse zu Bauverzögerungen kommen kann (Stichworte Naturschutzgebiete, Überschwemmungsgebiet, Waldbestand, Weideland mit Viehzucht, notwendige Einzäunungen der Baustelle, Bauzeiteinschränkungen).
