In sämtlichen aus diesem Vertrag entstehenden Streitigkeiten unterwerfen sich beide Vertragsteile mit Ausschluss des ordentlichen Rechtsweges, dem Schiedsgericht nach der Schiedsgerichtsordnung der Wiener Warenbörse oder nach der Schiedsgerichtsordnung der Kammer für Handel, Industrie Handwerk und Landwirtschaft in Triest; das Wahlrecht zwischen den vereinbarten Schiedsgerichten hat der Kläger, der es mit der Klage ausübt.

In all disputes arising from this contract, to the exclusion of the ordinary courts of law, both parties are subject to the arbitral tribunal in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Vienna Commodity Exchange or the Rules of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture in Trieste; the right to choose between the agreed arbitral tribunals rests with the complainant who exercises this right with his action.
