Weglassung

Bei Weglassung der Eckständer 7 bis 10 und der Integration der die im wesentlichen nur Zugkräfte übertragende Verbindungselemente bildenden Seile 39, 41, ..., 69 in Ein- und/oder Ausziehseilen ist das Tragwerk in ebener wie auch in ein- und zweifach gekrümmter Form durch eine Variation der Längen der sich im Tragwerk befindlichen Anteile der Einund Ausziehseile kontinuierlich, d. h. in jedem Zustand zwischen dem vollständig ausgefahrenen und vollständig eingefahrenen Zustand; versteifbar.

Upon omitting the corner stands to and integrating the cables , , . . . , forming the connecting elements that transmit essentially only tension forces into retraction and/or expansion cables, the support structure is stiffenable continuously, that is to say in every condition between the fully expanded and fully collapsed conditions, in a planar as well as in a one-fold and two-fold curved form, by a variation of the lengths of the portions of the retraction and expansion cables located in the support structure.
