Es liegt am oberen Ende der Calle Santa Maria, kurz vor dem Rathausplatz und der alten Wehrkirche aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Die aus dem Ort stammende Familie Ferrer Colomar lies dieses Projekt Realität werden.

The hotel is situated at the top end of Calle Santa Maria, just before the town hall square and the old fortified church dating from the 18th century. The Ferrer Colomar family from Formentera has carried out this project.
