Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumansauglöcher (22) als Durchgangsbohrungen ausgebildet und über einen Teil der Oberseite der Wafermontageplatte (19), wo die Vakuumlöcher angeordnet sind, mit Kunststoffschwamm (45) oder einem Aggregat aus elastischen Fasern abgedeckt sind, daß der Schwamm oder das Aggregat mit einer Abdeckung (46) aus Weichgummi bedeckt ist und eine im zentralen Teil der Abdeckung (46) angeordnete Durchgangsbohrung (47) durch den flexiblen Schlauch (27) mit der Vakuumquelle in Verbindung steht.
