Futtermittelmischung für die Aufzucht und/oder Mast von Schweinen für Human-Nahrungsmittel-Produkte nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, 9 oder 10 auf Basis von Getreide- und Futterpflanzen mit Erbsen und Luzerne, Spurenelementen und/oder Aminosäuren und/oder Vitaminen, mit gesäuerter Milch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zum Erhalt von fremdstoff-rück- standsfreien, nach einer Weiterverarbeitung zu Fleischprodukten, Wohlgeschmack und hohe Bekömmlichkeit aufweisenden Fleisch-, Muskel-, Speck-, Fett-, Organ- und Gewebsteilen eine von Hormonen, chemischen, mikro- biellen und antibiotischen, wachstums- bzw. leistungsfördernden Mitteln und Arzneimitteln freigehaltene, vorzugsweise in pelletierter Form vorliegende Basismischung, welche als Hauptkomponenten, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Ges.-%, 20 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 30 bis 40 %, Gerstenschrot, 20 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 25 bis 40 %, Roggenschrot, 10 bis 25 %, vorzugsweise 12 bis 20 %, Erbsenschrot, 5 bis 15 %, vorzugsweise 8 bis 12 %, Weizen- und/oder Poggenkleie, bevorzugt zusätzlich 0,5 bis 8 %, vorzugsweise 2 bis 6 %, Luzernegrünmehl und jeweils ergänzend auf 100 Gew.-% Basismischung, Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente bzw. -geber, Aminosäuren, Vitamine und/oder Trägerstoffe enthält, und in Kombination mit der genannten Basismischung das Ein- bis Dreifache von deren Menge zusätzlich dicksaure Magermilch und/oder Buttermilch aufweist.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweine mit einer Futtermittelmischung gefüttert werden, deren Basismischung zusätzlich zu den im Anspruch 1 genannten Hauptkomponenten, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht, als Mineralstoffe und Spurenelemente zumindest eine, vorzugsweise mehrere, insbesondere alle, der Komponenten - und/oder als Aminosäuren und/oder Vitamine zumindest eine, vorzugsweise mehrere, insbesondere alle, der Komponenten enthält. Variante des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit Zusatz von gekochten Kartoffeln zum Futter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erhalt von Fremdstoffrückstands-Freiheit, Wohlgeschmack und hoher Bekömmlichkeit der obengenannten Produkte die Tiere mit einer Futtermittelmischung mit einer Basismischung, welche, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht, 30 bis 70 %, vorzugsweise 45 bis 55 %, Futtererbsenschrot, 10 bis 30 %, vorzugsweise 15 bis 25 %, Roggenschrot, 5 bis 25 %, vorzugsweise 10 bis 20 %, Gerstenschrot, 1 bis 12 %, vorzugsweise 3 bis 7 %, Weizen und/oder Roggenkleie und bevorzugt zusätzlich 0,5 bis 10 %, vorzugsweise 3 bis 7 %, Luzernegrünmehl und weiters Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente bzw. -geber, Aminosäuren und/oder Vitamine enthält, sowie vorzugsweise Kombination mit dieser Basismischung zusätzlich zumindest das Einfache, vorzugsweise das 2- bis 8-Fache von deren Menge aufgeschlossene, vorzugsweise gedämpfte, Kartoffel und das 1- bis 8-Fache, vorzugsweise das 2- bis 2,5-Fache der Menge der Basismischung dicksaure Magermilch und/oder insbesondere frische Buttermilch aufweist, gefüttert werden, wobei den Tieren von einem Einstellgewicht von 20 bis 25 kg an bis zum Mastende bei 100 kg bis 110 kg Tier jeweils 1 (± 20%) kg der oben angegebenen Futtermittel-Basismischung verabreicht werden, wobei bis zu einem Lebendgewicht von 40 (± 10%) kg jeweils zusätzlich 2 (± 10%) l, und ab 40 (± 10%) kg Lebendgewicht bis Mastende 2,5 (± 10%) l pro Tag dicksaure Mager- und/oder Buttermilch, sowie vom Mastbeginn an in von 2 (± 10%) kg ausgehend steigenden Mengen gedämpfte Kartoffel beigegeben werden, und wobei die Steigerung der Kartoffelgaben in dem Maß erfolgt, welche Menge davon die Tiere innerhalb von insgesamt 2 mal 30 (±10%) Minuten pro Tag aufnehmen, wobei die Fütterung der Tiere unter Ausschluß von Eiweißen (bzw. Proteinen) und Fetten aus anderen als den oben genannten Futtermittel-Komponenten pflanzlichen und/oder tierischen Ursprungs vorgenommen wird.

Verfahren zur Aufzucht und/oder Mast von Schweinen, zur Herstellung von Muskel-, Fleisch-, Speck-, Fett-, Organ- und Gewebsteilen dieser Tiere, für eine Weiterverarbeitung zu Human-Nahrungsmittel-Produkten, insbesondere Speck-, Fleisch-, Schinken- und Wurstprodukte, wobei die Tiere mit einem Grundfutter auf Getreide- und Futterpflanzen-Basis mit Erbsen und Luzerne sowie gesäuerter Milch und weiters Futtermineralstoffen und/oder Aminosäuren und/oder Vitaminen versorgt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erhalt von Fremdstoffrückstands-Freiheit, Wohlgeschmack und hoher Bekömmlichkeit der obengenannten Produkte die Tiere mit einer Futtermittelmischung mit einer von Hormomen, chemischen, mikrobiellen, antibiotischen, wachstums- und leistungsfördernden Mitteln sowie von Arneimitteln freigehaltenen Basismischung, welche als Hauptkomponenten, jeweils bezogen auf Gewicht 20 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 30 bis 40 %, Gerstenschrot, 20 bis 50 %, vorzugsweise 25 bis 40 %, Roggenschrot, 10 bis 25 %, vorzugsweise 12 bis 20 %, Erbsenschrot, 5 bis 15 %, vorzugsweise 8 bis 12 %, Weizen und/oder Roggenkleie, bevorzugt zusätzlich 0,5 bis 8 %, vorzugsweise 2 bis 6 %, Luzernegrünmehl, und jeweils ergänzend auf 100 Gew.-% Basismischung, Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente bzw. -geber, Aminosäuren, Vitamine und/oder Trägerstoffe enthält, und in Kombination mit der genannten Basismischung mit dem Ein- bis Dreifachen von deren Menge zusätzlich dicksaurer Magermilch und/oder Buttermilch gefüttert werden, wobei pro Tier bei 23 (± 20%) kg bis 105 (± 10%) kg Lebendgewicht innerhalb von 15 (± 10%) Wochen in - von 1,1 (± 10%) kg als Tagesration ausgehend - um 0,1 bis 0,2 (jeweils ±10%)kg pro Woche steigenden Tagesmengen eine wie oben angegebene Futtermittel-Basismischung zusammen mit - in bis zum Ende der 12 (±10%)ten Aufzuchtswoche etwa gleichbleibenden Mengen - Tagesrationen von 3 (± 10%) l und danach bis zum Mastende auf 1 (± 10%)l sinkenden Mengen dicksaure Mager- und/oder Buttermilch verfüttert wird, wobei erst ab Beginn der 13 (± 10%)ten Woche, in jeweils auf insgesamt 3 (± 10%) l Gesamtflüssigkeit ergänzenden Mengen Wasser verabreicht wird, wobei die Fütterung der Tiere unter Ausschluß von Eiweißen (bzw. Proteinen) und Fetten aus anderen als den oben genannten Futtermittel-Komponenten pflanzlichen und/oder tierischen Ursprungs vorgenommen wird.
