Zu Beginn gibt es für die Nachwuchskräfte eine intensive Einarbeitungsphase. Beispielsweise beinhaltet das zweiwöchige Einführungsprogramm, mit dem die neuen Auszubildenden der Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG auf ihren ersten Tag in den Abteilungen vorbereitet werden, ein Kommunikationstraining und Teambuilding-Aktivitäten. Highlights in diesem Jahr sind außerdem eine Schulung zum Thema Medienkompetenz sowie der Vortrag „Auf der Suche nach der Grenze“ von Profibergsteiger Michael Wohlleben. „Uns ist es wichtig, die Schulabgänger schnell ins Unternehmen zu integrieren“, sagt Tamara Molitor, Ausbildungsleiterin der Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. „Um ihnen den Start zu erleichtern, legen wir auf das gegenseitige Kennenlernen der Azubis besonderes Augenmerk.“

"In order to make their start easier we pay special attention to the trainees getting to know each other."
