Sehr verehrte Frau Marius! Danke für ihre Anfrage. Ich kann ihnen eine Ferienwohnung von 28.01. - 2.2.2013 anbieten. Die Wohnung Rustikal hat eine Wohnküche mit Balkon und 2 Schlafzimmer mit DU/WC. Die modernisierte Dreizimmerwohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoß des Vorderhauses. Gut erhaltener Dielenfußboden, sehr schöne Stuckdecken, Fenster und Türen größtenteils mit alten Beschlägen, Flügeltür zwischen beiden Süd-Zimmern und große Fenster schaffen eine behagliche Wohnatmosphäre. Das Bad/WC ist weiß gefliest und mit einer Wanne ausgestattet. Das Gäste/WC verfügt über eine Dusche Eine große Wohnküche ist vorhanden.
