Der Hauptheld des Filmgleichnisses «Denk, worum du bittest» ist ein Zigeuner. Er betet zu hl. Nikolaus dem Wundertäter und bittet, dass er ihm hilft, das Pferd eines Gutsherren zu stehlen.

He prays to St Nicholas the Wonderworker asking him to help steal a nobleman's horse. However, he does so not because he is a hardened thief. A daughter of a Gypsy baron told him that if he wanted to be with her, he had to have a horse.
