Mikroskop nach Anspruch 1, bei dem ein Konfokalelement in der Zwischenbildebene angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Tubuslinsensystem eine Zerstreuungslinse (8) und eine Sammellinse (7) und im Abbildungsstrahlengang (5) eine Feldlinse (9) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Flächenkrümmungen der Sammellinse (7), der Zerstreuungslinse (8), der durch die Flächenkrümmung als Plankonkavlinse wirkenden Strahlteilerwürfels (3) und der Feldlinse (9) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß sekundäre Beleuchtungsreflexe auf ein Minimum beschränkt sind.
