Zusaetzliche Anmerkungen 1. Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Zuchtpilze _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne der Unterposition 0709 51 10 gelten nur folgende gezuechtete Pilze der Gattung Psalliota ( Agaricus ) : hortensis , alba oder bispora und subedulis . Andere Pilzarten , wie z. B. Blaufuss ( Rhodopaxillus nudus ) und Fleischporlinge ( Polypurus tuberaster ) , auch kuenstlich gezuechtet , gehoeren zu Unterposition 0709 51 90. 2. Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Pellets von Mehl oder Griess _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne der Unterposition 0714 10 10 gelten Pellets , die nach Dispersion in Wasser mit einem Anteil von mindestens 95 GHT , bezogen auf die Trockenmasse , durch ein Sieb aus Metalldrahtgewebe mit einer lichten Maschenweite von 2 mm hindurchgehen .

CHAPTER 7 EDIBLE VEGETABLES AND CERTAIN ROOTS AND TUBERS Notes 1 . This chapter does not cover forage products of heading No 1214 . 2 . In heading Nos 0709 to 0712 the word 'vegetables ' includes edible mushrooms , truffles , olives , capers , marrows , pumpkins , aubergines , sweet corn ( Zea mays var. saccharata ) , fruits of the genus Capsicum or of the genus Pimenta , fennel , parsley , chervil , tarragon , cress and sweet marjoram ( Majorana hortensis or Origanum majorana ) . 3 . Heading No 0712 covers all dried vegetables of the kinds falling within heading Nos 0701 to 0711 , other than : ( a ) dried leguminous vegetables , shelled ( heading No 0713 ) ; ( b ) sweet corn in the forms specified in heading Nos 1102 to 1104 ; ( c ) flour , meal , flakes , granules and pellets of potatoes ( heading No 1105 ) ; ( d ) flour and meal of dried leguminous vegetables of heading No 0713 ( heading No 1106 ) . 4 . However , dried or crushed or ground fruits of the genus Capsicum or of the genus Pimenta are excluded from this chapter ( heading No 0904 ) . Additional notes 1 . The expression 'cultivated mushrooms ' , as used in subheading 0709 51 10 shall be taken to apply only to the following cultivated mushrooms of the Psalliota ( Agaricus ) species : hortensis , alba or bispora and subedulis . Other species , including those cultivated artificially ( for example Rhodopaxillus nudus and Polypurus tuberaster ) fall within subheading 0709 51 90 . 2 . For the purposes of subheading 0714 10 10 the expression 'pellets of flour and meal ' means pellets of which , when dispersed in water , at least 95 % by weight passes through a woven metal wire cloth sieve with an aperture of 2 mm , calculated on the dry matter .
