Use of a mixture of: - (i) at least one hypochlorite of alkaline metal, and - (ii) at least one taurine N-haloamine, for the preparation of a drug aimed to immunomodulating treatments, in humans or animals; said drug does not generate a stimulation of myeloperoxidase activity.
