Der 500-ml-Kolben ( 2.2 ) wird mit 25 ml Wein , 50 ml destilliertem Wasser , 1 ml Phosphorsaeure ( 3.l ) und einigen Glasperlen beschickt . Danach wird der Kolben sofort an die Destillationsapparatur angeschlossen . Ueber ein ausgezogenes Verlaengerungsrohr wird das Destillat direkt in eine mit 10 ml Wasser beschickte 50-ml-Messvorlage uebergefuehrt . Die Vorlage wird in Eiswasser gestellt . Es werden 30-35 ml Destillat ueberdestilliert bis in der Vorlage also ein Fluessigkeitsstand von ungefaehr 45 ml erreicht ist .
