Zum eilften wollen wir den Brauch, genannt die Todesfallsteuer, ganz und gar abgeschafft haben, und nimmer leiden noch gestatten, daß man Witwen, Waisen das Ihrige wider Gott und Ehren also schändlich nehmen, berauben soll, wie es an vielen Orten (in vielfältiger Gestalt) geschehen ist. Und von denen, die sie beschützen und beschirmen sollten, haben sie uns geschunden und geschaben.
