Förderer nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Station (25) zum Zuführen der Zigaretten zu den Zellen (101) des Rades (1) und eine Station zum Entladen der Zigaretten (G) von den Zellen (101) des Rades (1) mittels einer radialen Bewegung bezüglich des Rades vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Stationen (5, 6) so angeordnet sind, daß sie winkelig voneinander und vorzugsweise diametral einander gegenüberliegend versetzt sind, wobei zwei kreisförmige Wege vorgesehen sind, einer von der Zuführstation (25) zu der Entladestation (26) und einer für die Rückkehr von der letzteren zu der Zuführstation (25), wobei diese Wege im wesentlichen diametral entgegengesetzt sind, die Schließfinger (12) entlang den zwei Wegen in einer konstant aktiven Position, in welcher sie die Zellen (101) schließen, oder in einer konstant inaktiven Position, in welcher die Zellen (101) offen sind, gehalten werden, wobei die Nockenspuren (215) entlang der zwei Wege aus ringförmigen Segmenten bestehen, welche die zwei extremen radialen, axialen und Winkelneigungspositionen haben, die über ihre Winkelausdehnung konstant sind, während die zwei Segmente der Nockenspuren (215) an ihren zwei Enden mittels Verbindungsteilen (315) verbunden sind, in welchen die Nockenspuren von einer zu der anderen der zwei extremen Positionen mit einer im wesentlichen schraubenförmigen Konfiguration variieren, wobei die Verbindungsteile (315) eine Winkelgröße haben, die annähernd dem Winkelabstand zwischen den Zellen entspricht und in Winkelpositionen zwischen den zwei ringförmigen Segmenten so angeordnet sind, daß sie es ermöglichen, daß die Schließfinger (1) abwechselnd in die aktive Position und die inaktive Position oder umgekehrt während der stationären Phase des Rades (1) mindestens oder allein nur für die Zellen an der Zuführstation (25) und der Entladestation (26) mittels einer Winkelversetzung der Nocken (15) bezüglich des Rades (1) in zwei Rotationsrichtungen, nämlich die entgegengesetzte und der dem Rad (1) identische, bewegt werden.
