Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es vor dem Schritt des Nachweisens und/oder Quantifizierens der apoptotischen Mikrogliazellen einen Schritt umfaßt, um die zelluläre Lebensfähigkeit nachzuweisen, bei dem die Ausgangsfraktion in das Referenzkulturmedium eingeimpft wird, dann der Proliferationsgrad der Makrogliazellen im Vergleich zu einem Referenzwert beobachtet wird, diesseits dessen eine als positiv bezeichnete Fraktion zurückbehalten wird, um sie anschließend einem Schritt zum Nachweis makrogliazellspezifischer Apoptose zu unterziehen, um zu qualifizieren, ob die biologische Probe wirklich positiv ist oder nicht.
