Diesbezueglich ergab die Untersuchung , dass das Magnesit in aehnlicher Weise gefoerdert und zu totgebranntem Magnesit verarbeitet wird , und dass das totgebrannte Magnesit zur Herstellung desselben Sortiments feuerfester Materialien verwendet wird . Obwohl es Unterschiede bei den Foerdermethoden , dem MgO-Gehalt der Vorkommen und dem Herstellungsverfahren geben kann , haben diese Unterschiede keine wesentliche Auswirkung auf das Endprodukt und rechtfertigen nicht die Behauptung , dass das totgebrannte Magnesit mit Ursprung in der VR China und das in der Gemeinschaft hergestellte totgebrannte Magnesit unterschiedliche chemische und materielle Eigenschaften aufweisen . Dies wird auch dadurch bestaetigt , dass einige Kunden die betroffene Ware sowohl von den Gemeinschaftsherstellern als auch von den chinesischen Ausfuehrern beziehen .

( 10 ) It has been claimed by a user of the product under consideration that DBM from the People 's Republic of China was not a like product by comparison to DBM produced and sold in the Community . This user alleged differences in certain characteristics , such as the quality . In this respect the investigation has shown that magnesite is extracted and processed into DBM in similar ways ; furthermore this latter is used to make the same range of refractory products . While the methods of extraction , the MgO content of the deposit and the production process may vary , these differences do not have a significant bearing on the end product and are not such as to justify the claim that DBM originating in the People 's Republic of China and the Community produced DBM are different in terms of chemical and physical characteristics . This is confirmed by the fact that both the Community producers and the Chinese exporters have a number of customers in common .
