Die Kartusche wird mit 25 ml einer Mischung aus Extraktionsloesung ( 3.12 ) und Wasser , 65 + 35 ( V + V ) ausgewaschen . Die gesammelten Fraktionen werden verworfen , der Wirkstoff und der interne Standard werden mit 25 ml einer Mischung aus Extraktionsloesung ( 3.12 ) und Wasser , 80 + 20 ( V + V ) eluiert . Diese Fraktion wird mit Hilfe eines Rotationsverdampfers ( 4.3 ) bei 60 ° C und vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingeengt .
