Der einzige Änderungsantrag, der nicht die volle Zustimmung des Rechtsausschusses finden konnte, ist der Änderungsantrag von Herrn Wijsenbeek, mit dem auch ich nicht einverstanden bin, und zwar nicht weil ich ihm nicht grundsätzlich zustimmen könnte, sondern weil die Formulare zur Feststellung des Unfallhergangs und zur Vorbereitung der Anzeige bereits in alle Sprachen übersetzt worden sind.

The only amendment unrelated to the unanimous work of the Committee on Legal Affairs is the one by Mr Wijsenbeek with which I do not agree, not because I am against the substance, but because the translation in all the languages of the forms used to declare the accident and prepare the notification of claim already exists.
