Ich selbst habe gestern nach der zweiten Abstimmung eine Anmerkung zur Geschäftsordnung gemacht, wobei ich gesagt habe, daß man diesen Änderungsantrag für hinfällig hätte erklären müssen und nicht über ihn hätte abstimmen dürfen, weil er im Widerspruch zum ersteren steht.
