(96) Im vorliegenden Fall stellt die Kommission fest, dass laut Satzung der Eigentümergemeinschaft jeder Investor über seine Schiffsanteile Rechte am Schiff ausübt, wobei diese Rechte nur gemeinsam ausgeübt werden können (jeder Schiffsanteil begründet auch einen Anspruch auf einen Anteil an den Einkünften aus dem Betrieb des Schiffs).
