IJ ist eine toughe Dame. Sie kämpft mit harten Bandagen und arbeitet in Verhandlungen mit allen Tricks und Kniffen. Sie ist sehr politisch und spielt dabei das ganze Klavier. Sie agiert wie eine Schlange und schnappt zu wenn man nicht auf der Hut ist. IJ ist allerdings nicht sehr strukturiert und methodisch in ihrer Arbeit. Vielmehr arbeitet Sie mit emotionalen Aspekten und macht dadurch Verhandlungen sehr schwierig. Sie ist produkttechnisch nicht sehr versiert und somit bleibt Ihr keine Wahl als geschickt die Fäden zu spannen.

It acts like a snake and snaps when you're not careful. IJ is not very structured and methodical in their work.
