Die Heupresse wird angehängt und dann geht es ab zur Wiese, wo schon alle warten. Sie staunen, dass der Bauer mit dem alten Trecker angefahren kommt, aber sie sind so froh, dass er ohne Probleme durch die Reihen fährt und das Heu in Bunde presst. Rechtzeitig vor dem Regen schaffen sie es alle zusammen, das Heu aufzuladen und zu Hause in der Scheune zu verstauen. Alle sind froh und besonders froh ist der kleine rote Trecker, der beweisen konnte, dass man auch wenn man schon etwas älter ist und nicht mehr ganz so modern, seine Arbeit tun kann und gebraucht wird.
