Outlook benötigt schreibenden Zugriff auf das PST File, welcher auf der DVD/CD nicht gegeben ist (auch nicht rw !) Da von DVD/CD automatisch das Read Only/schreibgeschützt Attribut gesetzt ist, muß dieses noch vorher in den Eigenschaften (rechte Maustaste - Eigenschaften) deaktiviert werden.

(! Not rw) Outlook requires write access to the PST file, which is not on the DVD / CD as automatically from DVD / CD is read only / read-only attribute is set, this must still advance in the properties (right click - properties can be disabled).
