In diesem DR wird bemängelt dass SGS offensichtlich mangelhafte Spools geliefert hat und dass MAN befürchtet, dass SGS auch in Zukunft Spools mit vergleichbaren Mängeln liefern wird. Dem DR waren Bilder beigefügt in dem man stümperhaft vorgenommene Schweissarbeiten erkennen kann. SGS wurde aufgeforert uverzüglich die fehlerhaften Arbeiten auszubessern und bis spätestens zum 29th october 2012 zu den deviation report Stellung zu nehmen.
