Mit einer Polymerunterlage versehener gleitsicherer blattförmiger Artikel mit einer Polymerunterlage aus einem Material ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyvinylchlorid, Polyethylen, Polyurethan, Polyethylenterephthalat (Polyester), Polypropylen, Polyamid, Polysulfid, Polystyrol, Polyvinylacetat, Polybutadien, Styrol-Butadien, Acrylnitril-Butadien, Acrylnitril-Styrol-Copolymer, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymer und Vinylidenchlorid, wobei das Unterlagenmaterial daran harzgebundene Mineralpartikel aufweist, wobei das Harz, welches die Harzbindung bewirkt, von mindestens einem strahlungshärtbaren Urethanoligomerharzsystem mit einer vermischten Mischung aus mindestens einer Sorte Polyesterurethanacrylatharz und einer Kombination von Ethoxyethoxyethylacrylat und N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidonmonomer strahlungsgehärtet ist; wobei das Unterlagenmaterial und die Harzbindematerialien so ausgewählt sind, daß: a. das gleitsichere blattförmige Material ohne Zersetzung oder Aufspaltung der Bestandteile warmformbar ist; b. die Zugfestigkeit des blattförmigen Materials mindestens so groß ist wie jene des Unterlagenmaterials; und c. das blattförmige Material ein Dehnungspotential aufweist, welches mindestens 25 % jenes des unbeschichteten Unterlagenmaterials beträgt, und wobei das blattförmige Material in jede gegebene Richtung ohne Reißen auf eine Dimension streckbar ist, welche mindestens 110 %, vorzugsweise 125 %, der entsprechenden ungestreckten Dimension beträgt.

A polymer backed non-slip sheet article comprising a polymer backer of a material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate (polyester), polypropylene, polyamide, polysulfide, polystyrene, polyvinyl acetate, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile-butadiene, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and vinylidene chloride, said backer material having resin-bonded thereto mineral particles, said resin, which effects said resin bonding, being radiation cured from at least one radiation curable urethane oligomer resin system comprising a blended mixture of at least one grade of polyester urethane acrylate resin and a combination of ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone monomer; the backer material and the resin bonding materials being selected such that: a. the non-slip sheet material can be thermoformed without decomposition or delamination of the components; b. the tensile strength of the sheet material is at least as great as that of the backing material; and c. the sheet material has an elongation potential that is at least 25% of that of the uncoated backer material and the sheet material being capable of being stretched in any given direction, without tearing, to a dimension which is at least 110%, preferably 125%, of the corresponding unstretched dimension.
