Nur bedingt neue Ideen in das Unternehmen bringen können. Dies kann langfristig zu Problemen im Unternehmen führen: gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter verlassen das Unternehmen oder sie arbeiten nur noch nach „Schema F (stupide)“.
