Die Abteilung Mounting Inverter besteht aus insgesamt fünf Gruppen mit ca. 600 Mitarbeitern. Die Klammer über den fünf verschiedenen Gruppen Produktions-Planung, Technische Arbeitsvorbereitung, Intra-Logistik, Lager und der eigentlichen Montage ist unser Produktionssystem "SMArt flow". Hier streben wir danach, bei geringen Beständen nur die Wechselrichter zu produzieren, die der Kunde auch bestellt hat. Eine der zentralen Stellen in der Wechselrichter-Fertigung ist die Produktionsplanung. Hier laufen alle Informationen zusammen. Von der Anlage neuer SAP Stammdaten über die Vorplanung und den Forecast bis hin zum einzelnen Fertigungsauftrag. Die Gruppe PP stellt allen anderen Gruppen das Gerüst ihrer Arbeit zur Verfügung.
