In diesen beiden Punkten war die Mehrheit des Europäischen Parlaments so tollkühn, sich den vorher gefassten Beschlüssen des Rates zu widersetzen. Ich halte es für gravierend, dass die Haltung des Europäischen Parlaments übergangen wurde.
