Gewiss wird diese Kontrolle in vielen Mitgliedstaaten vermisst und ist ein totes Gewicht für die Mitwirkung der einzelstaatlichen Legislativorgane an der aktiven Kontrolle, an der Vorlage der europäischen Fragen in jedem einzelnen Land.

This control is certainly absent in many Member States and this is a hindrance to the participation of the national parliaments in active control and in the proposal of European issues in each State.
