das gotische Jakobskirchlein am Friedhof, wurde 1490 vom Pfarrer Georg Saur von Taisten erbaut. Bevor ein Toter in Taisten im Friedhof seinen „Rastort“ erhält, senkt und hebt man dreimal den Sarg am Eingang zum Friedhof, unmittelbar neben St. Jakob. Das Kirchlein heißt im Volksmund „Beinhaus“, da sich unter dem Boden eine Menge von Knochen befinden.
