For the requirement to check the delivery and to make a complaint in respect of a defect shall apply the legal regulations (Arts. 377, 381 HGB (German Commercial Code)) with the following proviso: Brockstedt’s obligation to check the goods shall be restricted to defects that can be detected by the incoming goods control by means of visual checks inclusive of the delivery documents and by random checks of our quality control personnel (e.g. damage in transit, wrong or short deliveries).
