Aus diesem Grund und der Erkenntnis, daß in der Applikation der Mikrovolumenanalytik noch Potential steckt, stellte mir Frau Musiol eine Eigenentwicklung vor, die ab Oktober mit den Geräten vertrieben werden soll. Es handelt sich um eine Art "Klappküvette", die den Lösungen von Starna / Biochrom und Optizen ähnelt (siehe Bild anbei). Der Klappmechanismus aus eloxiertem Alu trägt zwei Glasfenster, mit beschichteten Bereichen. In die wird ein Tropfen einpipettiert, der Halter zugeklappt und der Tropfen zwischen den Fenstern gehalten. Das Teil im Küvettenformat wird in den Strahlengang eingesetzt und eine direkte Messung in Transmission bei fester Schichtdicke von 1 mm durchgeführt. Der Preis bewegt sich bei 1600€. Die TrayCell wird weiterhin angeboten, da man Vorteile in der Flexibilität mit den Schichtdicken sieht, sowie der Aufnahme der Probe geschützt im Deckel.
