I have landed at the dreaded VGA red LED issue. Here is a quick run down. I built this system 4 months ago and it has been rock solid. I have been using the pc happily for the past 4 months. A few nights ago, I ran into an issue with a USB hub so I replaced it with another USB hub (new) same make / model. Everything appeared to be working with the USB devices so I went for a reboot. Upon reboothing, I got a "No Keyboard Detected" error message. After reading the forums I found that the USB hub may cause a conflict. Ok - unplugged it, and presto, the keyboard works. THEN I went to the BIOS and adjusted some settings and reboot, my boot device was not found. Hmm. I go to reboot again and BANG! I get the red LED light warning me of VGA issue of some variety. No the machine will not post, no boot no nothing. Just a red LED and it sits there in a blank screen. Here are some of the things I have tried:

Ich habe an der gefürchtete rote LED VGA-Ausgabe gelandet. Hier ist ein kurzer Überblick. Ich baute dieses System vor 4 Monaten und es war felsenfest. Ich habe mit dem PC glücklich für den letzten 4 Monaten. Vor einigen Tagen stieß ich auf ein Problem mit einem USB-Hub, damit ich es mit einem anderen ersetzt USB-Hub (neu) gleiche Marke / Modell. Alles schien mit den USB-Geräten zu arbeiten, damit ich für einen Neustart ging. Nach reboothing, bekam ich einen "Keine Tastatur erkannt" Fehlermeldung. Nach dem Lesen der Foren fand ich, dass der USB-Hub kann einen Konflikt verursachen. Ok - es unplugged, und schon funktioniert die Tastatur. Dann habe ich auf das BIOS ging und einige Einstellungen angepasst und neu starten, war mein Boot-Gerät nicht gefunden. Hmm. Ich gehe noch einmal neu zu starten und BANG! Ich bekomme die rote LED-Licht Warnung mich über VGA-Ausgabe von etwas Abwechslung. Nein die Maschine wird nicht erlaubt, keinen Kofferraum kein gar nichts. Nur eine rote LED und es sitzt in einem leeren Bildschirm. Hier sind einige der Dinge, habe ich versucht:

ASUS have had good fan profile options in their software, so the options in the BIOS are a little sparse in comparison to their OS offerings, though this could be down to BIOS limitations. Temperatures and fan settings are found in the Monitor section.
