European System of Central Banks

Guideline ECB/ 2005/5 of 17 February 2005 on the stat ­ istical reporting requirements of the European Central Bank and the procedures for exchanging statistical information within the European System of Central Banks in the field of government finance statistics( 3) has been amended on several occasions.

Die Leitlinie EZB/ 2005/5 vom 17. Februar 2005 über die statistischen Berichtsanforderungen der Europäischen Zentralbank und die Verfahren für den Austausch statis ­ tischer Daten im Europäischen System der Zentralbanken im Bereich der staatlichen Finanzstatistiken( 3) wurde mehrfach geändert.

Therefore, the possi ­ bility without prejudice to Article 27 of the Statute of the European System of Central Banks and of the European Central Bank for the European Court of Auditors and the European Anti-Fraud Office to carry out controls in the Member State receiving Community medium-term financial assistance when they deem necessary is provided for by the existing loan agreements and should be laid down in this Regulation.'

Daher sollte die dem Europäischen Rechnungshof und dem Europä ­ ischen Amt für Betrugsbekämpfung bereits in den beste ­ henden Darlehensvereinbarungen eingeräumte Möglichkeit, unbeschadet von Artikel 27 der Satzung des Europä ­ ischen Systems der Zentralbanken und der Europä ­ ischen Zentralbank bei Bedarf Kontrollen in Mitglied ­ staaten durchzuführen, die von der Gemeinschaft ge ­ währten mittelfristigen finanziellen Beistand erhalten, auch in dieser Verordnung festgelegt werden."

According to Article 3 of the Statute of the European System of Central Banks, owning and managing official foreign reserve assets is one of the tasks of the ECB.

Der Besitz und die Verwaltung von offiziellen Währungsreserven ist laut Artikel 3 der Satzung des europäischen Systems der Zentralbank einer der Aufträge der EZB.

The future European System of Central Banks will prevent it happening.

Mai 2009 zur Änderung der Verordnung( EG) Nr. 332/2002 zur Einführung einer Fazilität des mittelfristigen fi ­ nanziellen Beistands zur Stützung der Zahlungsbilanzen der Mitgliedstaaten( 1), insbesondere auf Artikel 1 Absatz 5, in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:( 1)
