Invoice only can be issued and mailed to RBCD/FIN after goods delivery. In case the invoice being issued without goods delivery, RBCD/FIN will not book invoice as accounts payable. Payment related to the invoice could be impacted accordingly. The effective date is 1 Aug 2012, one month transition period.
