A photosensitive recording material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the release layer (B) is formed from polymers forming strong films and selected from the group consisting of polyamides, copolyamides, polyurethanes, poly(meth)acrylates, polyvinyl alkanecarboxylates having a degree of hydrolysis of from 30 to 99%, cyclized rubbers having a high degree of cyclization, ethylene/propylene copolymers, homo- and copolymers of vinyl chloride and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers.

Zur Herstellung photopolymerisierter Druck- und Reliefplatten sowie Photoresists geeignetes mehrschichtiges, flächenförmiges, lichtempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmaterial, welches in der angegebenen Reihenfolge übereinanderliegend enthält: A) eine lichtempfindliche reliefbildende Schicht, in welcher bei der bildmäßigen Belichtung mit aktinischem Licht eine Löslichkeitsdifferenzierung zwischen den belichteten und unbelichteten Bereichen eintritt, so daß die Schicht mit organischen, wäßrig-alkoholischen oder wäßrig-alkalischen flüssigen Medien entwickelt werden kann, wobei diese Schicht (A), bezogen auf ihre Gesamtmenge, aus den folgenden Komponenten besteht: B) eine lichtdurchlässige, in den betreffenden flüssigen Medien lösliche oder quellbare, nicht klebrige Deckschicht, welche an der Schicht (A) fester haftet als an der Deckfolie (C) und welche von einem reißfeste Filme bildenden Polymeren und den darin enthaltenen Zusatzstoffen gebildet wird; und C) einer von der Deckschicht (B) leicht abziehbaren Deckfolie; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (B), bezogen auf ihre Gesamtmenge, 1 bis 20 Gew.% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen aus der Gruppe der b?) tertiären Amine und Amide der allgemeinen Formel I, worin die Indices und die Variablen die folgende Bedeutung haben: und/oder aus der Gruppe der b?) quaternären Ammoniumsalze der allgemeinen Formel II, worin die Variablen die folgende Bedeutung haben: Lichtempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin die Deckschicht (B) aus reißfeste Filme bildenden Polymeren aus der Gruppe der Polyamide, Copolyamide, Polyurethane, Poly(meth)acrylate, Polyvinylalkohol-alkancarbonsäureester eines Hydrolysegrades von 30 bis 99%. der Cyclokautschuke hohen Cyclisierungsgrades, der Ethylen/Propylen-Copolymerisate, der Homo- und Copolymerisate des Vinylchlorids sowie der Ethylen/ Vinylacetat-Copolymerisate gebildet wird.
