Im Kapitel 37 bezieht sich der Begriff _DOUBLEQUOTE_ photographisch _DOUBLEQUOTE_ auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen sichtbarer Bilder durch unmittelbares oder mittelbares Einwirken von Licht oder anderen Strahlenarten auf lichtempfindliche Oberflaechen . Zusaetzliche Anmerkungen 1. Bei Tonfilmen , die getrennt als Bild- und Tonband eingehen , ist jedes Band fuer sich getrennt nach seiner Beschaffenheit einzureihen . 2. Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Wochenschaufilme _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne der Unterposition 3706 90 51 gelten Filme mit einer Laenge von weniger als 330 m , die aktuelle Ereignisse , z.B. politischen , geschichtlichen , sozialen , wirtschaftlichen , sportlichen , militaerischen , wissenschaftlichen , literarischen , volkskundlichen , touristischen oder gesellschaftlichen Charakters , darstellen .
