Our office represents the Estate of Gary R. Siegrist, deceased on June 19, 2012, and its Administratrix, Stacy Siegrist. As the Administratrix was going through Mr. Siegrist’s personal documents, she came across the attached Stock Certificate. Please let me know whether this Stock Certificate is still valid. If it is still valid, I will need to know the procedure to liquidate said certificate.
