Dear Yongdong Pang, As I mentioned in my previous email, it’s not easy to say if its normal. I recommend to stir until you really observe a homogenious mixture. The stirrer should be not to small in order to involve the bottom and the corner of the ibc into the mixing process. Do not stir longer than 30 min in order to avoid absorbing too much air humidity. Do the same with the moleculare paste. Hand mixing might be sufficient for the paste. Finally, add the paste to the polyol mix and continue with homogenization as usually. To make sure that the material is ok: Pour 100 g polyol mix in a cup, ad 77 g Desmodur 44 P 16 (use adequate scale), and stir with a spoon or small wooden stick for approx. 60 sec. The mixture should cure after ca. 100 sec (gel time) and should form a solid massa after several minutes. Compare, if possible, with regular material.
