I have invented New-Air Conditioning Technology ( Solution for Energy Saving ) . All information related to that technology is given in attached files ( C 22 ) and ( C 23 ). I have contacted with BMBF ( below is all communication ). But phone numbers provided me are not responding. Second email ( out of 2 given below ) is not responding. And I am not sure that email sent by me on first email address has been received or not.

Ich habe New-Klimatechnik (Solution for Energy Saving) erfunden. Alle Informationen im Zusammenhang mit dieser Technologie wird in angehängten Dateien (C 22) und (C 23) gegeben. Ich habe mit BMBF (unten ist alles Kommunikation) kontaktiert. Aber Telefonnummern hat mir nicht antworten. Zweite E-Mail (aus 2 unten angegeben) nicht reagiert. Und ich bin nicht sicher, dass E-Mail von mir geschickt am ersten E-Mail-Adresse empfangen worden ist oder nicht.
