We had air-shipped 3,000 pcs. of EC09P20-228 on your PO 155157 on July 23 from China and we believe that you received the cargo already in good condition. Since the merchandise was needed very urgently, we used a courier service Fedex on this shipment and recently they are asking us to pay an inport tax as per attached. Juli aus China, und wir glauben, dass Sie das Frachtgut, das bereits in gutem Zustand. Da die Ware sehr dringend benötigt wurde, verwendeten wir einen Kurierdienst Fedex auf diese Sendung und vor kurzem haben sie fordern uns auf, eine inport Steuer gemäss beiliegender bezahlen. 1. INJ Dept SV reflected that they had conveyed the problem. They found out that the distortion is caused by the mold. They will modify the mold. 2. ASS Dept SV reflected that they had re-shaped the distortion window. But they still need 500 pcs of windows. 3. INJ Dept SV shall follow up the problem. 4. ASS Dept SV reflected that the time for the assembly is too tight. So, perhaps they can not complete the products which should be shipped out by air on time. 5. John suggested that the ASS Dept SV should calculate the time when they can complete the air-shipped goods, and then they will try to delay the shipping date.
