The retail centre has a classical U-shape with the main food anchor tenant Kaiser's in the middle. The drugstore Rossmann and the supermarket Dennree are situated at the entrance of the scheme. At the left entrance there is a separate pavilion with an Asia imbis. On the upper floors 1-4 above the Dennree store is the doctor's house with 7 different types of surgeries and 3 types of therapies.
